As part of our continued growth and passion for creating meaningful products, See Creations launched HUGsees, our very own in-house brand of lovable plush characters. HUGsees was born from a simple but powerful idea.....
JOANN SEE, the CEO and Founder of HUGsees, wanted to create a plush toy not just to display, but with a greater purpose!
The idea began hands-on, with nothing but paper and imagination! Joann started experimenting with different designs, folding and cutting paper often late into the night. These early paper prototypes led to the idea of using the SEEgnature Hug Buttons! Through the SEEgnature Hug Buttons, the HUGsees that you all know and love, can hug themselves and connect with other HUGsees, our special and patented feature!
With the vision set, Joann, together with her family and co-founders, Marlon See (husband), Audrey See (daughter), and Kirby See (son), brought HUGsees from (literally) paper to life!
Each HUGsees character is thoughtfully curated with personality and heart, making all of them special and unique in their own huggable way! More than just plushies, HUGsees represents warmth, happiness, and the simple reminder that everyone deserves a hug!
From paper buddies to HUGsees plushies found all over the Philippines, Joann fulfilled her lifelong dream of spreading comfort, joy, heart, and hugs through HUGsees!
